We ship to locations within BC, Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
